We uncovered more articulated and disarticulated remains in the northern most burial. The reasoning for the extended length of the burial is still unknown. There appears to be multiple burials cutting the main burial. In grave 6269 we worked on exposing the pelvis region. No pelvis was found but vertebrae were present and are being exposed. In grave 6276 we uncovered some of the vertebral column and the ribs along with part of a maxillary bone with intact teeth and the mandible. The right side of the body appears to be slightly deeper than the left and has yet to be uncovered.

US6546: Continued to expose the ventral and dorsal ribs. Continued to expose the ilium, exposed the sciatic notches, and exposed the sacrum. Cleaned area around the burials in preparation for Sunday night event.
US6530:Today we started by exposing and removing the lower left limbs (including femur, tibia, fibula, tarsals and metatarsal and phalanges) of level ? A humeral head was found in this same level. We exposed the cut, cleaned the level and photographs were taken. Then the northwest section of the area was cleaned thoroughly in order to expose colors of the different contexts.
The team picked axed about an inch from the south end of the section going from north to south. Two team members would pickaxe and them the other team members would come up behind them and clean and trowel the newly exposed area. The team supervisor was working throughout the day on the furnace.
